Answer: Even though we would have liked to treat all available plots as one, different ownership status and different timeframes of development for each one of them do not allow us to do so. Each plot should be treated individualy based on the idea of the viral expansion of a proposed typology. Physically the buildings may not be connected but an idea of some sort of common space unification could be considered. |

Answer: The last floor has to be in recess (which depends on the last floors' height based on the 1:1,5 ratio) and of course you always have to stay within the notional solid . |

Answer: If the autonomous space you are describing does not have a functional relationship with the larger space within which it is set, then you can not consider it as a mezzanine. If both spaces are functionally related, it will depend on the specific design to see whether it can be considered as a mezzanine or not. |

Answer: In all of the 9 sites, archeological excavations will be conducted before the excavation of the entire basement. Archeological remains could be found practically at any depth and that could indeed influence the construction of the basement and of the foundations but we can not know of anything at this stage of design. |

Answer: The footprint constrains shown in each of the 9 site plans (the diagonally hatched area) denote the area within which the building could be placed. By no means does this area imply the maximum allowed building footprint (which is 70% of the Plot Area) nor the desired shape of the building's footprints. |

Answer: 2.40m and 2.20m are respectively the minimum allowed clear heights for primary and secondary spaces. It is up to the contestants to decide the final proposed height of all spaces which on the other hand, do not necessarily have to be 3.60m. |
